The three-year Chhinnalata Song Award is being given at once

Kathmandu. The Chhinnalata Geet Puraskar Guthi is going to give the three-year award, which was stopped due to Kovid, at a one-time event. The General Assembly of the Guthi held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Vasudev Tripathi has announced the award of Chhinnalata Geet once in three years, 2076, 2077 and 2078 BS.

According to a letter signed by Guthi Secretary Dinesh Adhikari, the award will be given to Jasyonjan Pyasi in 2076 BS, Ananda Adhikari in 2077 BS and Vasant Chaudhary in 2078 BS.

Similarly, the award will be given to Hari Lamsal, Sunita Subba, Asmita Adhikari, Shanti Ram Rai, Shambhu Rai, Milan Newar, Anand Rai, Pavitra Subba and Alina Chauhan for music and singing.

According to the letter, the above honors and awards will be presented at a special function to be organized on July 10, 2079 BS and special honors will also be given to senior musician Karma Yonjan.
