Kathmandu. Kathmandu. Suman Khadka of Gaunbesi Rodhi Ghar Pokhara has won the title of 'National Lok Dohori Idol 2082'. Khadka won the title by coming first in the National Lok Dohori Idol organized by Cultural Society Nepal at Police Club Bhrikutimandap. Along with the title, he received a motorcycle, cash prize of Rs. 33,333, a trophy and a certificate. Similarly, Sangina Thapa Magar of Salghari Dohori Sanjh Kathmandu has won the second place title and received a scooter, cash prize of Rs. 22,222, a trophy and a certificate.
In the program, 10 other outstanding artists were awarded cash prizes of Rs 1555, trophies and certificates in various categories. 16 artists from the competition representing 69 dohori sajh across the country have been selected for the Lok Dohori Premier League. Tej Bahadur KC and Pragya Durga Rayamajhi were the special judges for the program. The jury consisted of Subash KC, Raju Dhakal, Prachanda GC, Jeevan Dahal, Deepak Khadka, Durga Gurung, Satyakala Rai, Kopila Gautam and Bharat Barakoti and Prem Sharma as assistant judges.
