Hemant Sharma Releases New Song ‘Din Dui Guna’ Featuring Melina Rai

Kathmandu: Popular Nepali singer and music composer Hemant Sharma has released his latest song, ‘Din Dui Guna’, a romantic track that captures the emotions of love, affection and longing between couples.

The song features lyrics and music composed by Hemant Sharma himself, while popular singer Melina Rai joins him on vocals. The musical arrangement has been done by Krishna BK.

Known for maintaining a consistent presence in the Nepali music industry through frequent releases, Hemant has brought out this new song after an interval of approximately one and a half months. Sharing his perspective on releasing music regularly, he says, “Songs can sometimes deceive you, and sometimes they become hits.” He believes that releasing new songs at relatively short intervals helps artists maintain their connection with listeners and prevents audiences from forgetting their musical presence. His previous release, ‘Mayama Ke Ramro’, came out just a month and a half ago.

The music video for ‘Din Dui Guna’ portrays love, playful disagreements and emotional connections between couples from two different generations. Choreographed and directed by Mausam Himali, the video features performances by Buddhi Tamang ‘Hait’, Aaron Thapa Magar, Chahana Rana Magar and Susma Subba.

The cinematography has been handled by Nawaraj Upreti, while editing and colour grading have been done by Amrit Chapagain.

With its romantic lyrics, melodious composition and portrayal of love across two generations, ‘Din Dui Guna’ is expected to connect with music lovers and attract audiences.
