Divorce between Babita Baniyan Jerry and Shankar Chhetri

Kathmandu. Babita Banian 'Jerry' and Shankar Kshetri, a well-known couple in the Nepali music industry, officially got divorced on Thursday.

These two reached the Kathmandu District Court and ended their marriage. Chhetri filed a complaint in the court for divorce before Dashain. But the court process was delayed when Jerry said that he would not break up the relationship. Even though there have been many disputes regarding Chhetri's relationship with others, they have finally officially broken up.

An agreement has been reached between the two that Shankar will look after the child's upbringing but will keep it with the mother until it reaches adulthood. After the divorce, Jerry talked to the media and said that she felt that I had been loving the wrong person because her husband's activities did not improve, rather than being together as a family, despite suffering a lot of mental stress, she had to divorce.

Jerry and Shankar got married on January 1, 2076.
