Felicitated by Bollywood's famous lyricist, Sameer Anjan

Kathmandu. Bollywood's famous lyricist, Sameer Anjan, has been felicitated in Kathmandu. Lyricist Association of Nepal and Lukarandas-Gangadevi Choudhary Literature and Literature Mandir have been congratulated on behalf of Songwriters' Association Nepal. Under the chairmanship of Basanta Bityasi Thapa, president of the Lyricist Association of Nepal, and former minister and distinguished lyricist SP Koirala as chief guest, the famous lyricist Sameer was honored with a letter of congratulations, Dosalla, and a Dhaka cap.

The program was hosted by Basanta Chaudhary, patron of Lunakarandas-Gangadevi Choudhary Sahitya Kala Mandir, and Vice President Harihar Sharma. The event held at the Mall Hotel in Kathmandu was attended by prominent personalities in the music industry. Sameer has written his name in the Guinness Book of World Records for writing the most songs in the world.

Speaking at the ceremony, lyricist Sameer said that he was very happy to be honored by coming to this land of Pashupati, a land of unparalleled beauty in nature. He said that he will learn a lot from Nepal and take with him a song while coming down to Kathmandu from between the Himalayas and the mountains. He said that he would write something about Nepal and recited a song written along with his entry into Nepal. He thanked the Lyricist Association of Nepal for organizing the felicitation program.

 Similarly, speaking at the program, lyricist and poet Basanta Chaudhary said that Sameer is not "unknown" to Hindi song lovers living in all corners of the world. He mentioned Sameer and said that it was a privilege to congratulate him in Nepal.

 Similarly, Basanta Bityasi Thapa, President of the Lyricist Association of Nepal, thanked Loonkarandas Gangadevi Chaudhary Sahityakala Temple for the opportunity to felicitate Sameer Anjan this time.
